    We are open Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Our first visit starts at 10:30 AM and the latest, at 5:30 PM.
  • Do you come inside my house?
    Your pet will receive an examination and treatment in the comfort of your own home. We kindly request that you provide us with a well-ventilated. and well-lit area.
  • Do you treat emergencies?
    We will provide the medical care your pet needs during our operational hours; if your furry companion is experiencing an emergency, we will advise you to go ASAP to your closest veterinarian.
  • Where are you located?
    We are a mobile practice located in Miami Dade County.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We serve the cities of Miami, Miami Springs, Miami Lakes, Miami Gardens, North Miami, North Miami Beach, North Bay Village, Miami Shores, El Portal, Biscayne Park, Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, Doral, Sweetwater, Westchester, South Miami, Kendall, Palmetto Bay, Pinecrest, Cutler Bay, Homestead, and the Redlands. If your area is not listed, give us a call to check if we serve your zip code.
  • Do you have a physical office I can take my pet?
    No, we are exclusively mobile. We will always come to you. 😉
  • How can I book my pet’s appointment?

  • How much will cost me to have my pet seen by the vet?
    There is a convenience fee of $75 to travel to your home. The physical exam of every pet seen is an additional $75 per pet. Regardless of the number of pets seen at the time of the visit, you will pay the convenience fee once per visit. The final cost will vary depending on the doctor’s recommendations (shots, meds, labs).
  • How can I prepare for my pet’s appointment?
    Our veterinarians perform a comprehensive head-to-tail examination tailored to your pet's specific needs. Please inform us of any concerns when booking your appointment. For further assistance or to book an appointment, call 321-364-4992.
  • How long will the appointment take?
    We will do our best to optimize your time with us. Your pet’s appointment may last between 30 min and 2.5 hours, depending on your pet’s needs.
  • Can I cancel my pet’s appointment at any time?
    Absolutely. We have a booking policy fee of $25 that is paid at the time of the booking, and it will be applied as credit towards your total balance on the day of the visit. If you wish to cancel up to 7 days in advance, the booking fee is fully refundable.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Absolutely. Our Pet Health Program offers a friendly monthly payment plan to cover all your pet’s basic medical needs, like general checkups, vaccines, laboratories, and discounts. Call us today to learn more.
  • Do you offer core and non-core vaccinations?
    Yes, we offer both. Before your appointment, we recommend calling 321-363-4942 to confirm if the veterinarian in your city or service area has the vaccination available at the time of your appointment.
  • Are you able to treat aggressive pets?
    Of course, we're always here to help! When you confirm your appointment, let us know if you have any concerns about your furry friend's behavior.
  • Do you offer microchipping?
    Microchipping is available and included in our Wellness Care Plan 365 Membership for puppies/kittens and adult pets. Please check our MVAH Pet Health Care Program.
  • Do you offer pet insurance?
    We do not directly offer Pet Insurance but we will work with the insurance of your preference. We will help you to decide the insurance that fits your pet’s needs.
  • What is a Wellness Care Plan?
    Our Pet health care program is a wellness plan. It is a package our veterinary clinics offer. It helps owners manage and keep their pets healthy. It involves a monthly payment. In return, you get preventive care and discounts on extra vet services. There are three tiers based on your pet’s age and medical requirements; from Bronze to Platinum your pet will receive the care they deserve.
  • Does the plan fee cover the appointment, vaccination, and other service fees?
    The Wellness Care Plan bundles your pet’s recommended annual preventative care needs into 12 affordable monthly payments, providing an easy and cost-effective way to keep your pet healthy. Your membership also gives you unlimited access to priority booking and our expert chat line, ensuring your pet receives the best possible care. The medical services included in your plan are listed here. Please note that any additional services beyond those listed will be charged incrementally.
  • Can I cancel my pet’s plan at any time?
    Certainly, the plan is cancelable but not transferable. During the year, you may cancel your pet’s plan anytime. All your payments will be refunded, and you will be responsible for paying the services used at regular prices. You can pause your pet’s plan for up to 2 months, no more than twice a year, with a reactivation fee of $15.50.
  • My Pet needs a Rabies Vaccine. Does it need to be seen by the vet?
    Absolutely. Every time a pet needs vaccines, prescription meds, or procedures, a physical evaluation is required to properly provide the best standard of care.
  • What shots does my pet need?
    There are core vaccines and custom vaccines according to your pet’s lifestyle. In general, essential vaccines for dogs are Distemper/Parvovirus/Parainfluenza/Leptospirosis/Bordetella/Rabies, and for cats, panleukopenia/Chlamydia/Calicivirus/Herpesvirus/Rabies.
